The Whitewash

The Whitewash series features mixed media works on a variety of surfaces. Each work is a personal story of our roots, religion, race, and addictions. Starting with several layers of discarded papers Brady builds his figures only to sand them off several times before reaching the desired image. From hair and bones to personal letters and photographs sent to him by viewers he incorporates a wide range of materials in each work.
